Staff Credentials
We have four classrooms at our Center. Our Pioneer class has children from 6 weeks old to 15 months old. Our Explorers
classroom has children from 15 months to 24 months old. Our Achievers classroom has children from 2 to 3 years old. And finally
our preschool classroom (Scholars classroom) has children from 3 years old to 6 years old. The teachers at our Center have
a minimum of an Associates Degree with early childhood education classes. Our preschool teachers have a Bachelor's degree
with many years of experience working with young children. Our goal is to work with children from birth to assure they learn
as they have fun.
Staff Training
All of our teachers take classes annually in early childhood education, CPR and first aid. Many of the classes they take
are through our local Child Care Referral and Resource program and through the Chicago Public Schools professional development
program.
